Shipping & Return Information

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE:  At this time I am only offering shopping cart shipping rates for the United States. However, I am able to and happy to ship Internationally. If you would like an item(s) shipped outside of the U.S., please do get in touch with the items you would like to purchase and your address. I will calculate actual shipping costs for you and then can create a a custom listing for you. Thank you.
  • Shipping is calculated using the weight of your items and your location. This will require you to enter your shipping address to view shipping costs. 
  • All pieces ship direct to you from my studio in Pennsylvania.
  • Please allow up to one weeks time for your order to leave our studio.
    Often times I am able to ship sooner, however there are times when I process large amounts of orders and I might need the extra few days to get your order out on its way to you. 
  • If you are in need of a rush shipment (birthday gift, travel, etc.) please do not hesitate to get in touch and we can discuss.
  • All orders will ship to the address provided as the Shipping Address at the time of placing your order. Please ensure you provide complete, updated and correct address information. 

RETURN POLICY: It is important to me that you are happy with your order! If you have questions or concerns of any kind, please contact us directly at 

Returns must receive a return approval via email.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order and received back to me within 14 days (if returning from the United States). 

Contact us directly at to discuss. Payment refunds will be less the original cost of shipping, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon. The cost to return the package will be at your expense. It is strongly recommended that you add shipping insurance and tracking on the return package as Stone & Violet cannot be responsible if the package does not arrive or arrives back damaged. Refunds will only be processed once the package arrives back and its contents are in the original condition, in its original packaging. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with any questions. 

DAMAGED ITEMS If your item was damaged during shipping, you must contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order to report the damage. Please look over your packaging and items at the time of their delivery to ensure there was not damage during shipping. If there is shipping damage, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue. 

MISSING PACKAGES: All shipments are tracked. If your packages is lost in the postal system or has not been delivered, I will do my best to assist in anyway possible. If your package shows as "Delivered" and it has not been, it is best for you to immediately contact your local post office and give them your tracking number (this number has been provided with your shipping notification email). The post office will then begin a process of trying to locate the package. I cannot refund or reship an order once the package shows as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: International orders are welcome and those packages will ship via USPS First Class International unless they exceed the allowed weight, at which time they will ship via Priority Mail International. If your International order cannot be processed directly through the site, please do not hesitate to get in touch. I would be happy to discuss the weight of your package and cost to ship the package to your location. Please be aware that International packages will NOT be insured. You assume all risks associated with your package being shipped Internationally. Once it leaves our studio, there is little we can do but provide proof of shipment. If you would like your International package insured, please contact me at the time of your order.

  • CUSTOMS FEES: Please verify and confirm your countries Customs fees and regulations before placing an order. International Postal and Customs policies differ from country to country. Please note that we cannot mark customs forms as Gift. The buyer is the sole responsible party for any Customs fees, duties or taxes incurred.
  • CUSTOMS HOLD: If your order is held at customs due to routine parcel search and your package is held there for any length of time due to your countries regulations, this is not the responsibility of Stone and Violet, LLC. In the event that your countries Customs quarantines or disposes of any item within your package, for any reason they see fit within their regulations, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you do not claim your package(s) from your customs office, and customs returns your package back to Stone and Violet, LLC, you will be refunded the cost of your order (not including shipping fees), minus a 10% restocking fee.
  • POSTAL STRIKE: If you place an order with delivery to an address in an area that is on active postal strike, please be aware that I am unable to assist in not delivered/lost packages. Delayed or missing packages are not the responsibility of Stone and Violet, LLC.
