I HAVE QUESTIONS, WHERE CAN I GET THEM ANSWERED? You may contact me directly through my contact form or get in touch via the chat box in the lower portion of your screen. If I am in the studio and available, you will see a "Let's Chat" box and I would be happy to answer any questions you may have in real time. If I am in the wood shop, or away from the computer you will see an Away message. Please leave your message along with your email address and I will respond as soon as possible.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?  Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the package and the shipping destination. To determine your shipping costs, please proceed to checkout with all items you would like to purchase in your cart. Once you have entered in your shipping address, you will be able to view shipping costs prior to committing your order.

I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE STATING THAT THERE ARE NO SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR MY ORDER. WHAT GIVES? If you receive a message stating that there are no shipping options (usually this is the case with orders shipping outside of the United States) it is likely due to the weight of your order. Please contact me with your shipping address and I would be happy to provide you with a shipping cost estimate. 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP? Most in-stock items ship within 5 business days (often time sooner). I ask for a one week lead as there are times when I process large amounts of orders and I might need the extra few days to get your order out on its way to you. If you are in need of a rush shipment (birthday gift, travel, etc.) please do not hesitate to get in touch and we can discuss. As soon as your order ships you will receive email notification containing your tracking information. 

IF ITEMS IN MY ORDER SHIP IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES, WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA? Your order may ship in multiple packages. If you receive multiple tracking numbers, please rest assured that you will not be charged an additional rate for shipping. Your total amount due was paid at the time of your order. 

MY ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED TO A GIFT RECIPIENT, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?  If you are shipping direct to the gift recipient, I am happy to omit your payment receipt from the package. I would also be happy to send along a handwritten note with a message of your choosing. If you would like the receipt omitted or a handwritten note, please leave this information in the Message to Seller section of your order. 

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM? Reserves depend on the item. Most crystals and minerals are available for reserve. A 10% deposit is asked to reserve your piece. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, so please be sure that you intend to follow through with purchase. Reserves on handmade items can be accepted, and I am happy to discuss any interests you have in reserving a piece. Please get in touch with any questions.

DO YOU HAVE ANY CURRENT PROMOTIONS? Discount codes are occasionally offered via Stone & Violet social media. You may sign up for my newsletter to receive promotions and other Stone & Violet news or you may follow on Instagram, as I often share promotions there as well. 

I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW DOES THAT WORK?  Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If the order is already in the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible. If cancellation is possible, please be aware that a 5% cancellation fee will apply, which will be deducted from the amount refunded back to your method of payment. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER? If the order is not already in the process of shipping, there may still be time to make a change. Please contact me as soon as possible with the changes you would like to make and we can discuss the details of those changes.
